How long should delivery take ?

After your order is placed we would normally process it on the next working day – Monday to Friday. During busy periods it may take 1 to 2 days.

After the order has been processed it will be handed to the delivery company. Items under 2Kg are normally sent via Royal Mail. Economy delivery (2nd Class or Tracked 48 service) will normally be delivered in 2 to 5 working days. Standard delivery (1st Class or Tracked 24 service) would normally be delivered in 1 to 2 working days. Special Delivery items and courier delivery are next working day.

All delivery times are subject to weather and other factors that are beyond our control.

I Wish to Return My Item(s) ?

All items (except earrings) ordered on the Forbidden Fashion website have a 14 day cooling off period from the date of delivery. You may change your mind for any reason.

What is your returns policy ?

Here at Forbidden Fashion we hope you love your purchases, but should any item not be suitable you we offer a 14 days returns period. Please see Returns & Exchanges section.

When will my order be dispatched ?

We aim to dispatch all orders with 24 hours of cleared payment Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays (busy periods may take a little longer). You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do we accept ?

Forbidden Fashion accepts payments through PayPal.

You can use a Credit or Debit card or pay with your PayPal balance.

For Credit or Debit Card payments you do not have to have a PayPal account, though you can register one if required.

Please note that all orders are shipped to the PayPal address. If you would like the order shipping to a different address you must log in to PayPal and add this address prior to placing the order. We cannot amend the delivery address once the order has been submitted.  We will quite happily cancel any incorrect order, which can then be re-submitted with the correct delivery address details.

Can I order over the phone ?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the facility to take payment over the phone. If you have any questions on a product before placing an order you can contact one of the team on 01753 567633 or can send us an email

Can I make changes to my order ?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to amend orders. This means we are unable to add discount codes, vouchers codes or add/remove items purchased.  If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.

Will you be getting more stock of a specific item ?

We try our best to bring back popular items where possible (it is always worth checking every couple of days to see).

How often do you bring in new items ?

We are constantly brining in new items in on a weekly basis.
