Shipping And Handling
We charge a flat rate of £2.95 with items being sent by Royal Mail.
During any promotional period, P & P will be charged at the stated amount in the promotion terms.
We value your custom and aim to dispatch items within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order (excluding weekends, Bank and public holidays).
Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Bank and Public holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that the order has been dispatched.
The order will be delivered to the Card Holder’s address. It is his/her responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for taking delivery of the order as a signature may be required.
Items are shipped Royal Mail 48. Customers should generally expect delivery in 2 to 5 working days.
In busy periods or due to adverse weather conditions delviery may be delayed.
Should the item(s) not be delivered, according to the times stated, in the first instance it is recommended that you make contact with your local Royal Mail delivery office as it is quite likely that the parcel may be held there.
In the event that the parcel is not being held at your local Royal Mail delivery office please contact forbidden fashion within 3 working days.
In the event of a delivery taking longer than expected, the seller is not liable for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the buyer.
If the seller has to re-deliver the order due to non-delivery, the buyer must pay the postage costs.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until 15 Working Days have elapsed from the Due Date of delivery, at which point it will be considered a Loss unless there is evidence to the contrary.
Should an item be damaged in transit please email ‘Forbidden Fashion’ within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged item.
If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
