Forbidden Fashion shall not assume any responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer, telecommunication equipment, or other property caused by or arising from your access to, use of, or browsing this website or your downloading of any materials, from this website. Products, Content and Specifications

All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this website are subject to change at any time without notice.  Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only.  We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours; however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.  The inclusion of any products or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.  It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

Shipping And Handling

We charge a flat rate of £3.95 with items being sent by Royal Mail 24.
During any promotional period, P & P will be charged at the stated amount in the promotion terms.

Returns From Free Delivery Orders

At present we offer free delivery for all orders of £75 and over. If items are returned and this takes the original order value under £75, we will refund minus our usual delivery charge, which is currently £3.95. This does not apply to damaged items.

Order Processing

All orders received by 9am will be dispatched same working day. All orders received after this time will be shipped the next working day. (excluding weekends, Bank and public holidays).
Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on Bank and Public holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Schedule

The order will be delivered to the Card Holder’s address. It is his/her responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for taking delivery of the order as a signature may be required.
Items are shipped Royal Mail 24. Customers should generally expect delivery in 1 to 2 working days.
In busy periods or due to adverse weather conditions delivery may be delayed.
Should the item(s) not be delivered, according to the times stated, in the first instance it is recommended that you make contact with your local Royal Mail delivery office as it is quite likely that the parcel may be held there.
In the event that the parcel is not being held at your local Royal Mail delivery office please contact forbidden fashion within 3 working days.
In the event of a delivery taking longer than expected, the seller is not liable for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the buyer.
If the seller has to re-deliver the order due to non-delivery, the buyer must pay the postage costs.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Lost Items

Loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until 15 Working Days have elapsed from the Due Date of delivery, at which point it will be considered a Loss unless there is evidence to the contrary.

Damaged Items

Should an item be damaged in transit please email ‘Forbidden Fashion’ within 24 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged item.
If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

Payments

Forbidden Fashion accept credit & debit cards, PayPal and Klarna at the checkout.

Klarna Pay in 3 instalments
Spread the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free instalments. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with remaining instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days. No interest or fees. Select the Klarna option and enter your debit or credit card information.

Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for duties and taxes outside the EU. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.  This website and Forbidden Fashion reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts remove or edit content or cancel orders.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing forbiddenfashion.co.uk with accurate, truthful information and that you have the authority to place the order.

Returns Policy:

We offer a simple 14 Day Money Back Guarantee as required by the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating order number and reason for return) within 14 days of receipt.
We will be happy to exchange your item(s) or refund it for you.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging with all tags intact.

There are a few things we can’t exchange or refund, these are;
Lingerie, which has been used or where the hygiene seal, tags or labels have been removed
Hosiery which has been used and where the seal is broken
Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons

It is recommended that items are sent back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery, as we will be unable to refund items that have not been received.
This postage cost is not re-imbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty or incorrectly supplied).

All refunds will be for the full price of the product. All refunds will be credited back using the original payment method.

Faulty Items:

Forbidden Fashion, endeavours to supply all it’s products following the highest levels of inspection and quality.
However, if there are any problems please contact Forbidden Fashion so that we may resolve your issue.
Forbidden Fashion is not liable for accidentally damaged items, however occasioned.

Electronic Communications

When you visit this website and/or send email to us, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we sent you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. We will remove , at your request, any customer information held by us in line with GPDR requirements. You may request to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Exclusions of Warranties

Forbidden Fashion makes no representation or warranty regarding the good working order or condition of this website, its suitability for use, or that its use will be uninterrupted or error-free. All information or material provided in this website to you “as is” and without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including without limitation, warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness, quality, durability or suitability for any particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Law, Jursdiction and Language

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Any matter that arises out of your use of this Website (including any contract entered between you and us through the Website) shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  All contracts shall be concluded in English.
